A general procedure for appealing Red card suspensions is outlined as follows:

Within fourteen days after the incident (or within ten days after notification, if later) a written request signed by the Team MANAGER should be sent to your Division coordinator for his agreement to pursue the matter further.The request should outline the basis for the appeal,and a check for $50 costs must be included. If the Division coordinator agrees with the validity of the appeal, he will forward the appeal to the appropriate Suspensions coordinator to make arrangements for a hearing date.

More detailed instructions may be given in the form letter mailed to the team manager advising him of the suspension.
